I know most of you know how to make Rice Krispie treats, but this has been our favorite (& easiest) recipe we have found. We like to make a batch to take with us on our camping trip for easy snacking.
Just because it was gloomy out this weekend, doesn’t mean we couldn’t install some solar panels on the camper! Can’t wait to use them! New post coming soon on how we installed everything!
We stayed at Moab Valley RV Resort & Campground while we were in Moab, Utah two weeks ago. It is located close to the entrance of Arches National Park and before you enter the town of Moab.
The campground has over 60 sites with hookups and water/dump stations. Their sites include deluxe, premium, and standard – depending on the size of your RV and amps needed. We noticed the premium sites had little sections of grass, which was nice, but not needed for us. There are also cabins and tent sites (even some with canopies) to rent. Free cable is included in your site, but we decided that a tv in the camper is a little too much “glamping” for us! Continue reading “Campground Review – Moab Valley RV Resort & Campground, Moab, UT”
This is the rest of our adventure at Moab from last week.
The weather overnight was wonderful. We even ran our AC/fan for a little while (thank you campground electricity)! We woke up with the sun and began our day. We decided on a semi-easy breakfast of pancakes and vegan sausages so we could start our adventures early. The pancakes are from a mix from Sprouts that we can keep in the camper. We just add some almond milk and flax egg. The sausages are our new favorite find from Field Roast and are apple maple flavored. This is where it is great that the grill has the option to use both grill and griddle. We also purchased a Chai Smoothie from Bolthouse, which was ok but we added additional Tazo Chai to it.
